Well tv and movie producers and executives are extremely busy with the amount of content needed for streaming, their time is precious! Management handles negotiations and other business affairs of an artist or band. The musician needs to focus all his/her attention into making music, the artist manager serves as the promoter, agent, and/or accountant. We also handle bookings, assist in promotions and perform production-related tasks. We ensure tours, gigs, and other bookings are paid.
We are a full service show management team offering our clients a turn key experience of a professionally run event from start to finish. We contract all staff from AV Techs, Lighting Techs, Photographers; to DJs, MCs, Models, Bartenders, and more. We leverage our relationships and experience to negotiate deals or contracts, and secure venues and staff at exceptional rates.

Artist Development focuses on regular practice and building daily habits, building a strong artist identity, and branding that wins loyalty with your audience. We work with artists on songwriting and lyrical content, delivery, stage presence, and live performances. Then we teach them about marketing and promoting, as well as the music business and contracts.
